Carvalhas Branco is a white wine with great ageing potential and all the personality of this great historic winery.
Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At its peak, 70% is transferred to French oak barrels where it remains in contact with its lees for 8 months with constant batonage.
It's clean and bright, citrusy in color.
The nose is intense, full of aromas of white fruits with delicate buttery notes, derived from its ageing in barrels.
On the palate, freshness, body and acidity induce a subtle sensation, with a persistent and tasty finish.
Perfect pairing with fish, cheeses and pasta.
