Palo Cortado Solera Cayetano del Pino is a fortified wine made in the traditional way in Jerez.

Palo Cortado Solera is born with the yolk must, after fermentation it is headed up to 15%. Subsequently, it undergoes biological ageing in sobretablas to become Fino wine. At the end of its ageing, it is tasted to determine if it has the necessary qualities to be re-aged to 17% and go on to oxidative ageing for an average of 18 years. 

Bright amber color.

Intense aromas of toast and hints of wood.

Ideal pairing with cheeses, game meats and blue cheeses.
