Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes from vineyards with low yields and an average age of 60 years. Grapes selected on the table by hand.
Wine made with unpressed free-run juice. Fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 9 months. Lees work carried out by manual turning of barrels.
On the nose, Mediterranean aromas stand out, along with notes of fresh grass and a fruity background of peach and apricot.
The palate is juicy and elegant, strolling between the silky fresh fruit and the creamy oak that invites us to continue enjoying.
