Vizcarra rose
Vizcarra rosé with French style and light aging, with which we achieve a gastronomic wine, with a floral and fruity nose, and a voluminous and structured palate.
GRAVITY PROCESSING
VINEYARD AGE: 25-30 years.
HARVEST: manual in 15 kg boxes.
ELABORATION: selected on a double table (bunch and grain), destemmed before fermentation. Direct bleeding, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.
AGING: minimum 6-7 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Pale pink color, very clean and bright.
Aromas of red fruits on a very floral and fresh background. Subtle citrus profile and some very light wood notes.
Voluminous, fatty wine. Very friendly and pleasant on the palate. Great gastronomic and ageing power.
