GRAVITY WORKING

VINEYARD AGE: More than 30 years.

HARVEST: manual in 15 kg boxes.

ELABORATION: selected on a double table (bunch and grain), destemmed before fermentation. 17 days of maceration and 3 daily pump-overs at a temperature of 28ºC. Malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels.

AGING: 15 months in American and French oak barrels.

Ruby red and medium-high layer.

Nose with red and forest fruits in compote. Hints of wood with mineral touches.

Powerful but surprisingly harmonious palate with a long finish.
