Mauro Spring Pack

Composed of its Garmón wine (D.O. Ribera 2019, 100% Tinta Fina) from a vineyard with native clones and very low yields. 16 months in French oak barrels faithfully integrate a very round tannin. Highlighting the red fruits, the perfectly integrated wood, the elegance and its enormous aromatic breadth and minerality, together with a refined and juicy palate.

Continuing with San Román (D.O. Toro 2020, 100% Tinta de Toro), one of the best wines made in this appellation, consistent and tasty. It is extremely expressive and fascinating in aromas, succulent, fine, full of fruit, with well-tamed tannins despite its potency. On the nose, black fruit, cocoa, liquorice, aromatic herbs and iron notes predominate. It has a tasty and exuberant palate, with sharp but fresh tannins.

And to conclude its most famous red, Mauro (D.O. Castilla y León 2021) made with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with 15 months in French oak barrels, where it expresses all its winemaking style and personality. On the nose, it exhibits expressiveness, ripe red fruit, jam and a floral tip. The palate is structured, juicy and smooth tannins, good acidity and a long, fresh finish.
