Spring Pago Pack

It is made up of the wine Pago de Vallegarcia Viognier (D.O. Tierra de Castilla 2020), a unique white wine in Spain, with a French style, with a complexity and elegance that will surprise any connoisseur of the variety and surprising for the most layman. With a very high aromatic intensity, full of notes of stone fruit, herbaceous and toasted. On the palate it expresses freshness and unctuousness, together with great structure that denotes its great longevity and evolution over time, with a very long finish. 

It continues with Pago Terrerazo (D.O. Utiel-Requena 2020), a red wine that offers the maximum expression and finesse of the Bobal variety from the Mediterranean highlands, with a personality marked by the altitude of its old vineyards, limestone soils and its careful elaboration by one of the best winemakers in this country, Toni Sarrión.  In it you will find a pleasant expression of ripe black fruits, leathers, leaf litter and pure tobacco, along with a wide mouth where the fruit, freshness, elegance and a very long aftertaste are maintained.

And finally, Pago de Vallegarcía Syrah (D.O. tierras de Castilla 2019), a red wine with a clear influence of French Rhône wines but with the character of the area where it is made, aged for 15 months in new barrels, full of ripe red fruits intertwined with toffees, and a fresh, tasty and velvety palate with a pleasant and ripe tannin structure,  along with a pleasant, long and persistent mid-palate. It will not leave lovers of this variety indifferent.
