Spring White Pack

Starting with Lolo (D.O. Rías Baixas 2022), a wine made with Albariño, young and carefree, which conveys a new way of understanding this variety without renouncing its origins. It stands out on the nose for the green apple, lemon peel and its hints of stone fruit, and on the palate for its freshness, where it repeats the nasal notes and the elegant bitterness that invites you to continue enjoying. It's perfect with shellfish, appetizers, and potent blue cheeses.

Continuing with Arindo (D.O. Rueda 2022), a wine made with Verdejo by the prestigious Australian winemaker Belinda Thomson, in which you will find attractive floral notes and ripe tropical fruits. A structured palate, fine sweet notes and white stone fruit, along with acidic notes that balance a tasty and long finish. Ideal with blue and white fish, appetizers and semi-cured cheeses.

And finally, one of our favourite white wines, El Grifo (D.O. Lanzarote 2021) from pre-phylloxera vineyards aged between 40 and 60 years, grown on a blanket of volcanic ash, of the Malvasia variety. This dry wine shows fruity and floral aromas on the nose, along with a voluminous and broad palate, with acidic and saline character at the same time. Great with oily fish, seafood, savory snacks and even strong cheeses.
