Biodynamic Spring Pack

It consists of a bottle of Negrete (D.O. Bullas 2021), a red wine made entirely by hand and by hand, in which you will find the freshness of the altitude and the calcareous clays, the fruitiness of the Garnacha Tintorera and the complexity of the old high-altitude Monastrell. A wine that was born from the concern to recover and show the authenticity of nature. Aged for 11 months in stainless steel and fibre tanks, with no wood to mask the purity of its varieties. It stands out for its fresh red fruit and spices, its balanced acidity, delicacy and natural intensity.

A bottle of Tinacula (D.O. Ribera del Júcar 2019), a red wine made with Bobal and Cencibel from vineyards that are more than 50 years old, with care of the vineyard, harvesting and artisanal production. It is aged for 10 months in old 1200 litre jars and 6 months in the bottle. Its freshness, notes of liquorice, ripe fruits and lactic lactic fruits are surprising, along with its round, unctuous palate with a long finish, fruity and balsamic aftertaste.

And concluding, a bottle of the exclusive Negrete Macabeo (D.O. Bullas 2022), with a minimum production of 450 bots, you will discover a pure, sweet white, rich in nuances, the result of unique plots and vines. Made with minimal intervention, natural fermentation, no malolactic, stabilization, clarification or filtration. In short, a wine in which the land, its people and culture merge.
