Torralbenc Red
Torralbenc is a project to give back to a land that had not allowed itself to be scratched for 30 years, a heritage and an environment, managing to turn these limestone and hard lands into a viable and productive vineyard.
Torralbenc red is made with grapes from the oldest plots of the property, harvested and selected by hand. Each variety is made separately in stainless steel tanks, in which the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Subsequently, the assemblage of varieties takes place. Before being marketed, it remains in the bottle for a minimum of eight months.
Red wine with ruby red colour and medium layer. On the nose, tones of red and black fruit, black pepper, eucalyptus, tobacco leaf and toasted tones prevail. On the palate it is fresh with good structure and a long finish
