Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak tanks. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels made in its own cooperage. Clarification with egg albumin. Refined in the cellar for 12 more months.
Ruby red colour with brick reflections.
On the nose it is extensive, where red fruits, spices, leaf litter or tobacco predominate.
A frank attack on the palate, with an enveloping tannin, minty notes, persistent and pleasant finish that invites us to enjoy another glass.
