Baynos White
Baynos white is the fourth project of the García (Mauro) family located in the Rioja Alavesa.
Parcel vineyards distributed in smallholdings aged between 50 years, in Baños de Ebro, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, on very poor clay-calcareous soils. Organic and biodynamic cultivation with the use of animal traction for vineyard work.
Manual harvest and alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in oak barrels and 20 months of aging.
Golden yellow color.
The nose is very wide and diverse, highlighting the notes of candied peach, anise, spices, minerality, caramel or chamomile.
On the palate it is vibrant, tense and refreshing, creamy with a long-lasting and tasty finish. An exceptional expression of the Viura, balanced, complex and with character.
