Controlled fermentation, subsequent ageing in 500-litre European oak barrels and light toasting, with its lees.
Straw yellow with golden sparkles, clean and bright.
Complex and elegant nose. Ripe fruits stand out along with floral nuances of acacia and elderberry, bay leaf, chamomile and subtle hints of sweet spices.
Ample and intense on the palate, its volume and freshness achieve a perfect balance, good fruit, spicy and saline notes with a long and persistent finish.
