El Grifo Semi-sweet, the vines that produce this wine are pre-phylloxera, aged between 40-60 years, grown under a blanket of volcanic ash.

Description

Harvested by hand in 20kg boxes, racked for 24 hours fermented with native yeasts. When the sugars in the must reach 20g/l, fermentation is interrupted by cooling, preceding filtering and stabilization.

Visually, it is straw yellow with steel tones.

On the nose it is very varietal, standing out for the white fruits, pineapple and floral finish.

On the palate it is soft and fresh, well balanced between sweetness and fruit.
