Description

Harvested by hand in 20kg boxes, racked for 24 hours fermented with native yeasts,

On the look, it is pale yellow with greenish edges, clean and bright.

On the nose there are floral aromas (jasmine, orange blossom) and fruity aromas (apricot).

It stands out on the palate for its balance between acidity and saline character, it has a fresh, voluminous and ample finish.
