Vineyards on brown and limestone soils at an average altitude of 740 metres.
Manual harvesting with selection of perfectly ripe and healthy grapes in the vineyard for subsequent destemming and cryomaceration between 10 and 15 degrees. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Skin maceration for 12 days, pumping over by delestage. After alcoholic fermentation, it is racked into 300-litre American oak barrels to continue with malolactic fermentation. It is then transferred back to French oak barrels where it is refined.
Ruby red of medium intensity.
On the nose it is clean, with primary aromas of black fruit, blackberry, black cherry, violets and black pepper.
The palate is fruity, with well-polished, balanced, elegant and slightly spicy tannins. Long finish.
