Bruto X Anniversary Magnum

In honour of our tenth anniversary, the idea arose of making a small blend different from Bruto, with a little more concentration, combining two varieties that blend very well, giving rise to wines of great quality and with prospects of long periods of aging in the bottle.

Two different plots were chosen, the 60-year-old Monastrell located in La Tella, without irrigation and planted on very poor limestone soil. And the Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 years old, located in Old Aragon at an altitude of 700 metres, on stony and limestone soils with trellis conduction, with special pruning and green harvesting for the production of this wine.

Fermentation separately in two small open stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days. Once finished, it was transferred to French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains for 23 months.
