Description

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a controlled temperature of 25º. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent permanence in barrels for 12 months.

Cherry red, cherry and garnet.

On the nose it brings memories of coffee, roasted coffee, ripe fruit, liquorice, chocolate...

On the palate it is enveloping, pleasant, mature, fresh and balanced. Balsamic and spicy aftertaste.
