Description

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is enriched with the addition of wine brandy once the desired sugar levels are reached. They age in old oak vats for an average period of 4 years.

This Reserva Ruby has a deep color that reveals fruity aromas of ripe berries and cherries. Its freshness and complexity are highlighted by soft tannins and a lingering burst of ripe fruit.

Ideal with strong cheeses, dark chocolate or cheese cake.
