Sublime Spring Pack

It consists of Torralvo wine (D.O. Ribera 2020, Tinta Fina), from vineyards over 60 years old, harvested and manually selected with an ageing of 18 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels. A powerful and elegant red wine of great expression and depth with all the personality of this appellation. Ripe black fruit with mineral hints on the nose, and an elegant, fresh palate, with very fine, sweet and enveloping tannins.

A bottle of Atteca Armas (D.O. Calatayud 2020, Grenache), from vines over 70 years old and carefully selected in the vineyard, macerated and fermented in small stainless steel tanks, with subsequent ageing in new French barrels for 18 months. Attractive nose full of ripe fruit, spicy notes and mineral hints typical of the slate terroir. Tasty, fruity and elegant on the palate, with great ageing capacity.

Y Bruto (D.O. Jumilla 2021, Monastrell), from vineyards over 60 years old and made at Bodegas El Nido, with harvest and manual selection, spends 20 months in new 500-litre French oak barrels. It has a great Mediterranean character and personality along with a nose full of ripe black fruits, hints of spice, roasted and cocoa. The palate is dense and enveloping, with sweet tannins, liqueur touches and a balanced and very long finish.
