Torralbenc is a project to give back to a land that had not allowed itself to be scratched for 30 years, a heritage and an environment, managing to turn these limestone and hard lands into a viable and productive vineyard.
Made with grapes picked and selected by hand. Each variety is made separately in stainless steel tanks, fermented at low temperatures, where the wine remains in contact with its lees for two months. Subsequently, the assemblage of varieties takes place. Before being marketed, it remains in the bottle for a minimum of two months.
Lemon yellow color, bright and clean.
On the nose, white fruits and flowers with citrus touches prevail.
On the palate it is fresh and persistent.
