Quincha Corral
Quincha Corral is the highest expression of the Bobal grape in Utiel-Requena, worked in a personal and artisanal way by the great Spanish winemaker Toni Sarrión.
Wine of very limited production from two small vines planted in 1948 and 1919, in goblet and strict dry at an altitude of more than 900 meters.
Cherry red, with maroon trim.
Intense on the nose, with notes of red and black fruit in season, spices, elegant wood on a mineral and balsamic background.
Elegant on the palate, with volume, fleshy, fruity and velvety on the palate, with a long finish, full of nuances.
