Shaya Habis is an elegant Verdejo with limited production, due to the age of the vines from which it comes, some of them pre-phylloxera.
Bright pale yellow with greenish rim.
On the nose it is complex and subtle, with a mineral character, unfolding citrus aromas, white flowers and ripe fruit, along with toasted and spicy notes.
The palate is ample and tasty without losing the freshness provided by its acidity, with a long finish of bitter fruits and mineral and smoky hints.
