Description

Partial fermentation in barrels and subsequent resting next to its lees.

Bright yellow.

Tropical fruity nose and deliciously floral due to fermentation with native yeasts.

On the palate it is mineral with hints of marzipan and spices, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
