Fermentation with indigenous yeast in oak tanks. Aged for 28 months in barrels from selected oaks in our cooperage. Clarification with fresh egg white. Refined in the bottle for a further twelve months.
Cherry red wine, with a high layer and good density.
On the nose there are hints of ripe red fruits, spices (pepper) and undergrowth. Notes of coffee and well-integrated wood.
On the palate it is silky, with persistent tannins, demonstrating youthfulness and ageing power
