Baigorri B70 is a wine made from vines with the same age as its name, with low grape production and selected by hand, grain by grain.
Wine with a production of less than 2,000 bottles. Long pre-fermentation macerations allow all the primary aromas of the grapes to be extracted and alcoholic fermentation in 5,000 Litres French oak vats. It is then placed, along with its lees, into new French oak barrels to carry out malolactic fermentation at 20º with frequent batonnages.
Intense cherry red.
Ripe red fruit with mineral nuances.
Maximum expression on the palate, elegance, balance and personality between the tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
