Manual selection, long macerations in wooden vats. Natural pumping over by gravity and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Intense cherry red with a high layer.
Black fruit, coffee grounds, spices and minerals on the nose.
On the palate it is elegant, fresh and balanced. Lively, long and intense acidity.
