Description

Maceration and fermentation in wooden vats. Malolactic along with its lees in new French oak barrels.

Intense cherry red.

On the nose it has notes of macerated and compote fruit, tobacco, smoke, liquorice...

Tasty and balanced on the palate, with a long and persistent finish.
