Inés is a wine of great concentration and structure, due to its blending of grapes and its extraction when it comes to making by gravity.
VINEYARD AGE: 70 years Tempranillo and 30 years Merlot.
SOIL: gravel and silty clay.
HARVEST: manual in 15 kg boxes.
ELABORATION: destemming prior to fermanization. 20-25 days of maceration in new 400 L barrels. 3 punch-downs per day. Maximum temperature of 29ºC. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
AGING: 18 months in 90% French Oak and 10% American Oak.
Cherry red.
Intense nose with ripe black fruit, spices, balsamic and mineral notes.
On the palate we appreciate a high tannin but velvety, enveloping aftertaste, very long.
