Description

Fermentation in French oak barrels and oval concrete, at a controlled temperature, which obtains greater roundness and complexity in the mouth.

It has a pale pink color to the eye.

On the nose, notes of red plum, cherry and blueberries stand out.

The integration of oak brings sensations of nuts, apricot, peach and orange peel in the mouth.
