Description

Made with Monastrell grapes from vineyards on very poor limestone and stony soils with no irrigation. Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where it remains until bottling.

Cherry red.

On the nose, the intensity of red and black fruits, menthol and violets stands out.

Medium-bodied, tasty, with pleasant fruity sensations and mineral background, balanced acidity and good persistence.
