The grapes are harvested in 15 kg boxes and destemmed by hand. Vinification of varieties separately, fermentation in small stainless steel tanks devatted. Subsequent ageing in new 550-litre French oak barrels for 24 months.
Cherry color covered with blue and purple tones, high layer.
On the nose it is an explosion of aromas including blueberries, blackcurrants, smoke, roasted aromas, chocolate, spices, mineral notes and tobacco.
On the palate, powerful, tasty and concentrated, Its grand structure is astounding as its endless ending.
