Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks. at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, it spends around 12 months in French and American oak barrels depending on the vintage. Made from very old Monastrell vineyards with little production, on limestone and stony soils.
Intense cherry red colour with maroon rim.
On the nose aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes along with spicy and smoky touches.
On the palate it is ripe and tasty, powerful and elegant at the same time. Balance between fruit, alcohol and wood, with a very long finish.
