From a selection of manzanilla from the solera of La Goya, a series of botanicals and natural extracts inspired by the natural environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park, are macerated.
White vermouth based on chamomile and natural extracts.
Unique golden yellow colour with bright reflections. It retains the sharp nose characteristic of chamomile, to which floral and citrus notes with almond nuances are added. On the palate it is dry, intense and balanced, leaving the characteristic bitterness of vermouth, but without being excessive and inviting to repeat.
Wine par excellence for the aperitif. Perfect in its traditional combination with olives, any type of pickle, lupins or nuts. Its chamomile base harmoniously balances fattier tapas such as ham or cheese, or more saline tapas, such as mojama or anchovies. As it is made from a wine of proven quality, such as La Goya chamomile, we also recommend tasting it alone.
