Palo Cortado VORS Cayetano del Pino

Palo Cortado VORS Cayetano del Pino is a fortified and exclusive sherry wine, made in the traditional way. Made with yolk must, after fermentation it is headed up to 15% for subsequent biological ageing on boards. At the end of it, it is tasted to determine if it has the special qualities to be topped again up to 17% and become the wine of maximum expression of this Jerez winery through oxidative ageing of more than 30 years on average.

Dark amber color, clean and bright.

Intense aromas of toast and hints of wood.

Ideal with cheeses, game meats, Iberian ham, fish and blue cheeses.
