Gregal d'Espiells is a young, carefree and aromatic wine, pleasant and dry.
Made by cold pre-fermentation maceration to preserve all the freshness, perfume and character of this lovely and seductive wine.
Pale yellow colour, bright and limpid.
The nose is full of floral nuances, with a rose perfume and herbaceous and citrus notes. Also tropical notes.
The palate is unctuous and balanced, with good acidity that compensates for the sweet sensations of the fruit. Soft and silky, with great final persistence.
Ideal with appetizers, soft cheeses, rice, fish and Asian cuisine.
