Made from 5 varieties on calcareous clay soils at 600 meters above sea level, with an average age of 25 years.
Organic viticulture and integrated into the environment, betting on low yields with green pruning. Harvesting and manual selection. Gentle crushing to obtain the free-run must and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, bright and clean.
On the nose it presents aromas of white fruit (pear and apple), along with a subtle floral background (white flowers), a citrus (lemon) and herbaceous touch.
The palate is harmonious and balanced, evocative, delicate and refreshing.
