Pale straw yellow colour, with slight greenish tones. Limpid and shiny with a continuous release of fine bubbles.
Clean aroma of ripe fruit, with hints of toast and aging.
Slightly fruity, unctuous flavour, with hints of oak, dry and smooth. Ample and long on the palate.
