Description

Coming from a selection of vines chosen for maturity and concentration, it matures patiently for 26 months in French oak barrels.

Black apricote.

On the nose it is sober and penetrating, with notes of liquorice, blackberries and earthy character.

The mouth is full and fluid, with nerve and a lot of length. Refreshing fruitiness and firm tannins.
