Maceration and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, malolactic and then permanence in new French oak barrels for 18 months.

Dark cherry red.

Attractive nose with aromas of ripe fruit, spicy notes (pepper and nutmeg) and mineral hints typical of the slate vineyard.

Tasty, fruity and elegant on the palate, it drinks great although it shows great ageing capacity.
